We intentionally manage capacity and choose groups by size, age, temperament and play style. Supervised interaction is balanced with appropriate rest; not every guest joins the same group.

Indoor & Outdoor Time
Indoor comfort and a climate-controlled space are balanced with outdoor play, exercise and potty breaks. Fresh water, daily cleaning and sanitation support a comfortable stay.
Comfortable Overnight Boarding
Consistent routines, comfortable bedding and designated crates for meals, breaks and overnight sleep help our guests settle in.
Personalized Care
We get to know each dog’s personality, routine, social comfort and individual needs. Meals are served individually, with care informed by your feeding instructions, allergies and medication details.

Daily photos help you share in your pup’s stay and stay connected while they are in our care.

Vaccination Requirements
Rabies • Bordetella • DHPP (Distemper/Parvovirus combination)
Current vaccination records are required before your dog’s stay.
Food, Feeding & Medications
Pack enough of your dog’s regular food for their entire stay. Meals are served individually, following the feeding instructions you provide.
Share allergies, special diets, medications and care needs with Nel’s Elite before booking so we can prepare for their routine.
Health & Arrival
Bring your dog on a leash. If your dog is unwell, let Nel’s Elite know and keep them home until they have recovered.

After a Day at Nel’s
After an active day of supervised play, socialization and enrichment, your pup may be more tired or thirsty than usual. That’s completely normal after an exciting day filled with activity and stimulation.
As with any social play environment, occasional minor superficial marks may occur. Our priority is always thoughtful grouping, active supervision and safe, appropriate interactions between dogs.
