Booking Policy Reminder
**As I’ve recently opened bookings for new clients, I’d like to kindly remind everyone of my policies. All clients are required to provide their drop-off and pick-up times when booking services and to send their arrival time when dropping off and picking up your pups the day of. This is essential to ensure a smooth and organized experience for everyone.
**For the safety and comfort of all dogs in my care, as well as for personal security, I do not allow clients inside my home. This policy helps ensure that the dogs remain calm and secure, minimizing stress or potential incidents during their stay. I completely understand if this arrangement does not work for everyone. If you feel this policy does not meet your needs, I encourage you to find another sitter who may be able to accommodate in-home visits. However, I kindly ask for understanding that I cannot make exceptions to this rule under any circumstances. My priority is always to provide a safe, structured and loving environment for every dog I welcome and I appreciate your cooperation in respecting this policy.
Frequently asked questions:
Do you have any pet restrictions?
I do NOT accept female dogs in heat, otherwise I cater to all dogs regardless of breed or special needs, however I only accommodate pups that are dog friendly and can be around a group of dogs with absolutely no issues.
Does my pet have to be up to date on their shots?
Yes they do, they would need to be up to date on their rabies, bordetella and distemper to be able to board with me. For puppies they would have to be updated on shots as much as their age allows.
How long will my pup be crated?
Pups are crated for no longer than 3 hours at a time. I do have different play groups I determine based on age, size and temperament.
Does my pet have to be flea and tick treated ?
I strongly recommend for every pup to be flea and tick treated before boarding.
Can we do a meet and greet ?
I am unfortunately not accommodating any meet and greets at this time as I am also limited on new clients I can accept.
Do you have any pets of your own?
Yes I do have pets of my own. They get along very well with every size pup I have ever boarded here at my home.
How much playtime and interaction will my pup get?
I provide around the clock care, I treat every pup I get as my own. For outside play every pup gets a minimum of 6 potty breaks/playtime outside. I cater to all pups needs and understand some pups require more attention and potty breaks.
How many pups do you accommodate per day?
Please understand this is my career. I do dog boarding full time and it’s my passion. How many pups I take on at a time varies, so if you’re uncomfortable having your pup in a environment where they will not be the only pup I will not be the sitter for you unfortunately. I do not let every pup around each other and make sure every pup is comfortable during their stay.
What do I need to bring with me for my dogs stay?
My only requirement is that you provide enough food for your dogs stay. I provide crates, toys, treats, puppy pads, blankets and other necessities your pup may need while staying with me. You are definitely welcome to bring any personal item for your pup. I do take every precaution to return all belongings in the same condition I received them, however I recommend cherished items to stay at home.
**Please let me know if your dog has allergies, can’t be around other dogs/kids or if they are on any special diets. If they are on medication I would need the break down of what medicine and what time they would need to take it. If your pup is not crate trained including breaking out of crates, destroying crates and has bathroom use inside the crate I will need to know. If my personal crate I use gets destroyed in any way the pups parents will be liable to reimburse me for a new crate. I will not under any circumstance leave any pup outside overnight.
